In case you haven’t heard, AILLEA, one of my favorite clean beauty retailers, just opened a new location here in Charleston. It is a 10 minute walk from my house downtown, so to say that I am excited is an understatement! AILLEA has two other locations in Denver, and one in Atlanta. They are also opening later this year in Raleigh/Durham.
This Friday night, I am hosting their grand opening party from 5-8pm. I hope you can make it, because it’s going to be amazing! They are offering makeovers, a braid bar, goodie bags, free gifts with purchase, and of course champagne and light bites. It would be the perfect first stop on a fun night out. I will be there to answer your most burning clean beauty questions about the products, as AILLEA carries virtually all of my favorite brands. If you want to stop by, please RSVP to rsvp@ailleabeauty.com.
AILLEA is the brainchild of Kathryn Dickinson, a former NYC beauty industry executive who fell down the nontoxic lifestyle rabbit hole a few years ago and simultaneously saw a great business opportunity. I’ve met her several times – this woman knows her stuff, and she is extremely passionate about clean beauty. Besides being a beauty industry veteran, Kathryn is a self-professed lifetime beauty junkie. She tests all the products she sells at AILLEA herself, and while she is particular about beautiful packaging, she is even more particular about the efficacy of a product. This makes shopping on her site and at her stores a pleasure; everything there is a winner!
AILLEA, Suntegrity and I are also teaming up to host an amazing GIVEAWAY. It ends at 9pm tonight, so go enter if you haven’t already (@barebeautyblog on Instagram)! We are giving one lucky winner Suntegrity’s entire product line valued at $335 (except the 5-in-1 Tinted Face SPF). Suntegrity is, hands down, my favorite nontoxic sunscreen brand. Everything they make is simply stellar. For a full review on several of their products, refer back to my Sunscreen Stars 2018 post. (Although, I’ve been writing about them for years now, so they’re mentioned in many of my blog posts…)
That’s all for today! I hope you’re having a great week!
