Shipping Details

  • Aillea ships orders Monday - Friday.  Orders placed after 10:00 a.m MST will ship the following business day.
  • Due to COVID, we are unable to guarantee the expedited delivery time frames of the carriers and are unable to issue refunds for packages that have shipped on time, but are delayed with the shipper.

Free Shipping for all US orders above $50

  • USA (except Alaska and Hawaii): All orders under $50 have a flat rate fee of $8.50. Packages are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt using USPS First Class. Your package will arrive within 2-9 business days after it leaves our warehouse unless expedited shipping is requested.


Returns & Exchanges:

  • If our products do not meet your full satisfaction, AILLEA will accept unused and unopened products within 21 days for a full refund – including all taxes paid. Used products that have been opened and are therefore unable to be resold can be returned for store credit within 21 days of purchase.  Returns will be made in the same manner as the item was purchased. (ie. credit card purchases will be made back to the credit card) Cash returns must present a receipt at time of return. Please email for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Clearly write your RAN on the box when you return the package to us. Once we receive your package, we will issue a store credit for used items and exchanges, or a refund for unused items (minus shipping costs). Packages sent back to us without a RAN will not be refunded. Product must be shipped and received within 2 weeks of the RAN being provided. All sale items or items purchased with a sale code are final sale and not eligible for refund or store credit.  AILLEA reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds for customers that abuse the return policy. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, persistent returning of partially used products, trying to return used product as unused or trying to return outside of the 21 day window. Shipping charges incurred for returning any items will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Services once rendered are not eligible for refund or to be used for future credits.
  • Event Reservation Fees are not refundable.
  • Ingestible supplements such as holi (mane) are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.


Damaged Shipments

  • When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately via email us at Please provide your order number when you call, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. Contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.
