Kathryn's Favorite Green Juice (which is actually more brown because of the berries) -
I prefer the vitamix over the juicer so I can get all of the fiber. This should make enough for 2-3 big juices for people...
1 Cup Spinach
1 Cucumber
1 apple
1/2 lemon with peel cut away
2 caps full of aloe juice
about 1/2 inch of fresh ginger root
1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup ice cubes
Mix until liquidy enough to drink - if you need to add water, you can.
Enjoy!!
