I cannot contain my excitement about finding this product. When I ran out of my Bare Minerals Original SPF 15 Foundation (whew that’s a long name), I knew I needed another mineral foundation without all the added chemicals. Enter Lily Lolo’s Mineral Foundation SPF 15. The powder is so fine and soft that it feels like silk when it’s on your skin. The coverage is very buildable, and gives your skin a very clean airbrushed look – something I hadn’t actually seen from a foundation before. The powder covers all the redness and acne scarring that I have. Plus, it’s so much more longwearing than any other foundation I have tried. I put it on at 8am and by 4 it hasn’t settled or faded - I actually looked good after running around all day!
Something that is unique to this foundation is that I can apply some more before going out at night and it won’t look cakey. The layers blend perfectly together to create a uniform look to my skin while still retaining a very natural and even toned look. The foundation has only four ingredients, has no chemicals, talc, fillers, parabens, synthetic dyes, fragrance, or preservatives and has SPF 15 to help protect from damaging UV rays.
Best part? This foundation works for all skin types. I have dry skin and it doesn’t give me any of those dreaded dry patches. Because it is a powder it prevents any shine that I can get in my T-zone and matches perfectly with powder blushes, bronzers, and highlighters. I highly recommend this foundation to everyone; especially to those who have almost no time in the morning and want a powder they can swirl on with no hassle or fuss. I already have my roommate hooked, time to spread the good news with the rest of the world! Finally, a product that will create a flawless complexion without any toxic ingredients.
