This water-resistant formula smoothly slicks on saturated color.
Precision of a pencil with the ease of a gel.
Free from Carbon Black pigment and Cyclomethicone.
Sharpen liner when needed using sharpener on the end.

Solid Liner

This liner stays on better than most. It's more subtle than black liner and less harsh than liquid liners. It's difficult for me to find a liner that stays in place without looking too harsh against my skin and eyes.

Not a good product

This liner is very difficult to apply, not soft or malleable and does not go on easily, you have to press really hard on the eyelid and even then it does not apply evenly. If you extend more than a nub beyond the rim or try to warm it for a couple of seconds to make it easier to go on, the tip breaks. It is a waste of money and I would never buy this product again.
