Clove + Hallow Line + Define Liquid Liner

    • Line + Define is a vegan, ophthalmologist-tested, carbon-black-free formula.
    • Precision felt tip makes it easy to pull off everything from a classic cat eye to fine detail work.
    • Budge-proof formula means zero smudging or bleeding.
    • Packaging is made from post-consumer recycled plastic.
    • Dark, intense pigmentation rarely seen in clean beauty.

     For a classic cat eye:

    1. Using short strokes, apply liner from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner, hugging the upper lash line closely.
    2. At the outer corner, draw a short, thin line from the outer corner of the eye, pretend to extend the natural curve of your lower lash line to the desired length, but don’t go past the end of your eyebrow.

    3. Draw a line across the upper eyelid that connects the end of your wing  back to the lash line. The further away you connect the liner from the outer corner, the more dramatic and intense the wing.

    4. Fill in gaps, straighten line and use a cotton swab to clean up any mishaps.

PVP and Acrylates Copolymer: Two safe synthetic ingredients that provide all-day wear and zero smudging or bleeding.

    Pretty good

Stays on all day without smudging. Love the feel and consistency of the product. I did have to dip in quite a bit to apply, but I don’t do a heavy liner anyway so it wasn’t that big of an issue

    Not Great

I love almost everything from Clove and Hallow! This was not one of them unfortunately. Im a professional makeup artist and I do winged eyeliner everyday and was looking for a cleaner option for liquid liner. I tried this one and omg it was a struggle. Usually it takes about a minute to do both eyes. This took about 4miniuts and I had to go back over it with a different eyeliner. I had to dip into the product about 20 times to get a crisp line. You had to scrape off product so it wouldn't be chunky. Then it wasn't opaque color. I'm personally not a fan of felt tip eyeliners I prefer pen liquid liners. This overall was not my jam and I love liquid liner. Hopefully they change the formula to be more liquid with a felt tip or change the package. The liner was too thick for a felt tip liner.
